Michelle’s Approach

SomaYoga with Michelle is blending her background as a physical therapist and yoga instructor. She provides yoga and wellness practices, and does not provide physical therapy services. However, please know that Michelle’s physical therapy background greatly influences her services which are chair yoga, individual and small group classes and workshops. You can connect with Michelle in-person or virtually.

SomaYoga

Michelle delighted in the discovery of SomaYoga as the practices felt nourishing and she quickly started blending the SomaYoga into her own practice and teaching style. In 2024, Michelle completed her training as an advanced SomaYoga teacher through Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute earning her 500-RYT certification.

Physical Therapy Background

Michelle practiced physical therapy for nearly 13 years in a variety of settings from acute care to pelvic floor health. As a physical therapist, Michelle enjoyed getting to know her clients while guiding them through their healing journey
